Worship Interiors Group completed the pew renovation for St. Casimir Catholic Church in Los Angeles, CA. The church has served the Lithuanian Catholic community for over 73 years, and we were entrusted with refinishing 58 pews, 4 screens, and upholstering kneeler pads of their pews.

The meticulous process involved several steps to ensure the highest quality work. We begin with carefully disassembling the pews, ensuring that each component is marked with its position and original location to ensure proper assembly. Once disassembled, the pews are then transported to our facility for refinishing.

At our facility, the pew wood parts are hand-sanded to their natural state, followed by a hand-rubbed stain to enhance the wood's natural beauty. Next, our artisans applied sealer and two coats of finish, then sanded with fine grit sandpaper between coats for a flawless finish. Finally, the pews are transported back to the church, where they are sorted, assembled, professionally re-aligned, and re-anchored pews with new anchors.
