We refinished and reupholstered 100 pews and 82 chairs for First Presbyterian Church in Berkeley. The church was concerned about the poor condition of the veneers on the wood and how bad the fabric had faded over the years. They considered getting new pews instead of restoring and reusing the existing ones. We were able to repair any chips or peeling veneers on the wood parts and make them look like new.

The church was incredibly surprised at how good we could make the wood ends & supports look. To prevent the fading of the fabric from the sun, we used a special fabric with over 30 times the UV protection of the average pew fabric.
